You may download material on the Site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may not, however, distribute, modify, translate, transfer, report, or use the contents of the Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text and images, without Shorter’s written permission.
Your access and use of the Site is also subject to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. Changes, Misprints, and Errors We reserve the right to change the (a) goods advertised or offered for sale through this Site, (b) prices or specifications of such goods, (c) any promotional offers, and (d) any other part of this Site at any time and from time to time without notice or liability to you or any other person. All orders are subject to credit approval and the availability of merchandise upon successful completion of this credit check. We cannot guarantee that goods advertised or offered for sale on this Site will be available when ordered or thereafter, and we reserve the right to limit quantities sold or made available for sale.

Shorter’s disclaims any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, or injury arising out of the activities or any merchandising partner; the goods or services offered by a merchandising partner; or our merchandising partner's failure to complete your delivery
Acceptance and Payment Terms Advertised prices are in U.K Sterling and exclude shipping, handling, and taxes unless otherwise noted.Please proceed to checkout to see the total cost of your order, including any applicable tax, delivery or other fees.
International Shipping Currently, Shorter’s offers shipping in England, Wales and Scotland.
Return Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with the original packing receipt once you have obtained a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Additional restrictions apply. Please read our Return Policy in full for specific return policies as applicable to different types of merchandise.
Shorter’s is not obligated to accept returns of merchandise ordered through the Site that are not in compliance with the published return policy. This includes perishable goods.
Submissions We welcome your comments regarding this Site. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively, "Comments") sent to the Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of Shorter’s. Your submission of any such comments shall constitute an assignment to Shorter’s of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Comments. Shorter’s will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. For this reason,we ask that you not send us any Comments that you do not wish to assign to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork.
Colors: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

ENFORCEMENT OF TERMS OF USE
BY ACCESSING AND USING THE SHORTERSCLUB.CO.UK WEB SITE, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS OF USE, AS WELL AS ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, AS GOVERNED AND INTERPRETED PURSUANT TO THE LAWS OF THE UK.
Registration
To register with Shorters Club you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information thatyou provided when registering by updating your personal details.
Delivery policy
Delivery days and times will be as specified on the delivery booking page on the website (including all Sunday delivery times) and will be made to the address specified by you when you register on the website. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.
Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of goods (particularly goods on special offer) supplied to any one customer if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardises availability for other customers. In the event of non-availability of any goods you order, we may offer a reasonable substitute. This may affect the price you pay. You may reject any substitute item and we will refund the amount you have been charged for that substitute. It is our policy to identify any substitute items to you at the time of delivery and give you the opportunity to accept or reject the item at that time.
We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. If you are not satisfied with the quantity you have received we will arrange with you for non-perishable goods to be returned to us (please note that the goods must not be used and must be in good condition). In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly. You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received. In any event our liability will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.
We take special care to endeavour that deliveries are made within a short delivery slot and accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery slot. We may ask that an appropriate person signs for the goods on delivery. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods will be retained by us. We will leave notification of delivery and will telephone to attempt rearrangment the delivery if suitable.
Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.
Should you fail to be present for your delivery we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of perishable items contained in your order and the cost of delivery.
Shorters Club will ordinarily only make deliveries when an appropriate person is able to receive the delivery. In the event that you instruct Shorters Club to leave a delivery unattended at your address Shorters Club expressly disclaims all liability which may arise by virtue of the delivery being left unattended for a period of time. This includes but is notlimited to theft, tampering, contamination and the result of any change in temperature in respect of items which need to be kept chilled or frozen.
Cancelation and Returns
The confirmation e-mail you receive from us confirming your order will set out the last time that, you may amend your order prior to delivery.
In respect of non-perishable items, you have the right to cancel the contract at any time until the expiry of the 7th working day after the date of delivery of the goods by notifying us by e-mail or letter. In the case of perishable items you do not have the right to cancel the contract. Should you wish to cancel your order after the cut off period but prior to the time of delivery, we shall be entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of the perishable items contained in your order.
It is the customers repsonsibilty to return cancelled non-perishable goods to Shorter's safely, and we will credit your payment card with the price of such goods no later than 30 days from the day on which cancellation was given (provided payment has already been debited from your payment card). Please Note: Items must be returned as sold with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories.
